1) Who we are & what we do (directory / booking facilitation only)

EntryClubPass is an online directory and inquiry/appointment facilitation service for private associations. We are not a cannabis club, dispensary, or vendor. We do not sell cannabis, accessories, or club memberships, and we do not guarantee admission to any association.
Our role is limited to:

• Publishing basic club information supplied by owners/representatives or sourced from public records;
• Routing non-binding inquiries or appointment requests; and
• Providing digital invitation/intro documents that confirm a user’s expressed interest in visiting a venue subject to the venue’s rules.

Important: Any membership, donation/fee, or admission decision is made exclusively by the club, on its premises, under its own policies and applicable law. Our digital invite is not a membership, does not waive venue requirements, and does not include any venue fee.

2) Adults only — No encouragement to consume

Our service is intended only for adults (18+ or 21+ where required). EntryClubPass does not promote consumption of controlled substances and does not provide legal, medical, or health advice.

3) Compliance statement (closed-circle & no public recruitment)

We respect applicable laws and jurisprudence concerning private associations. To that end:

• We do not promise entry to any club and do not publicly recruit members on behalf of any club.
• Any “invite” shown in our product flow is a request to visit and an introductory document, not an entitlement of entry or membership.
• Clubs can be flagged “sponsor-only”, “appointment-only”, or “members-only”, and in such cases EntryClubPass limits the flow to information requests rather than invitations.
• We cooperate with club owners who ask to edit, restrict, or remove their listing (see Section 6).

4) Fees & what you’re paying for

When users pay a fee on EntryClubPass, they are paying for our digital service (directory visibility, routing, and the generation of a non-binding invite/intro). That fee is separate from any venue’s own membership or door fee, which—if required—is paid on-site to the venue.
No refund is owed where our digital service was delivered (invite/intro + instructions), even if a venue later denies admission under its rules. We may refund at our discretion in cases of verified mislisting.

5) Venue responsibilities & representations

By claiming or submitting a listing, a club represents that:

• It is a private association operating in accordance with applicable law;
• All information provided to EntryClubPass (name, address, rules, age policy, sponsor policy, images) is accurate and does not infringe third-party rights;
• It will notify us promptly of any change (hours, rules, pause/stop receiving inquiries).

Venues are solely responsible for admission decisions, membership processing, fees, and on-site conduct.

6) Takedown / Do-Not-List policy (owners & rights holders)

If you are an owner or authorized representative and do not wish to be listed, or if any photo/text is inaccurate or unauthorised:

• Email legal@entryclubpass.com with the club name, proof of control (e.g., corporate email or document), the URL(s) in question, and the requested action (correct / replace / remove).
• We will unpublish or correct verified items promptly and add your venue to our Do-Not-List registry to prevent re-listing.

If you are a rights holder alleging IP infringement, send a notice identifying the content, your rights, and the requested action. We provide a good-faith notice-and-takedown process.

7) User responsibilities

Users must:

• Be legal adults in their jurisdiction;
• Provide truthful information;
• Respect each venue’s rules (e.g., ID, sponsor requirements, dress code, membership fee on site);
• Comply with all applicable laws.
  EntryClubPass may suspend or cancel access for misuse or unlawful conduct.

8) Content sources & accuracy

Some content is provided by venue owners; other material may come from public sources (e.g., mapping data). We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy. Clubs can change policies without notice. Always confirm details directly with the venue.

9) No agency; independent parties

EntryClubPass is not an agent, partner, joint venturer, or employer of any listed venue. We are not a party to any on-site transaction, membership, or donation between a user and a venue.

10) No legal or medical advice

This website and service provide general information only. Nothing here constitutes legal, medical, or compliance advice. We are not a law firm. If you need legal guidance, consult qualified counsel.

11) Disclaimers; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
EntryClubPass and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for venue decisions, admission denials, policy changes, or user/venue conduct. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific digital service at issue.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EntryClubPass from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the service; (b) your content or actions; (c) your violation of these terms or applicable law; or (d) disputes between you and any venue or third party.

13) Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain (without regard to conflict-of-law rules). Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes shall lie with the courts of [City/Province], Spain. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

14) Changes

We may update this page to reflect legal, operational, or product changes. We will post the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
