Important: Our services involve digital products (QR codes and club invitations) delivered via email. Once delivered, these products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.

1.2 Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds are available for:

  • Change of mind or travel plan changes
  • Failure to bring required identification to club
  • Refusal of club membership due to behavior or dress code violations
  • Inability to locate club address or transportation issues
  • Dissatisfaction with club facilities, products, or services
  • Requests made more than 48 hours after intended visit date
  • Purchases made more than 7 days prior to requesting refund
