1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing https://entryclubpass.com/ (the “Website”) or purchasing any digital Cannabis-Club Pass (the “Service”), you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please exit the Website and do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
EntryClubPass, S.L. (“EntryClubPass,” “we,” “us”) sells non-transferable, digital reservation passes that act as invitations to private, non-profit cannabis social clubs (“Clubs”) operating legally within their jurisdictions. We do not sell cannabis.
3. Age & Jurisdiction
You must be 18 years or older (21 + where local law requires) to purchase or use a Pass. By completing a purchase you confirm you:
- Meet the minimum local age requirement
- Are in a country or region where accessing cannabis social clubs is lawful
4. User Account
You may create an optional user account to view order history. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
5. Order & Payment
- Each Pass costs € 4.99 (unless otherwise stated).
- Payments are processed via Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- Upon payment confirmation you will receive an instant QR code and Club address by email and/or WhatsApp.
6. What Your Pass Includes
- Digital QR invitation valid for one entry to the named Club.
- Detailed arrival instructions.
- Email support (09:00–22:00 CET) + 24/7 automated WhatsApp FAQ.
Your Pass does NOT include: club membership fee, cannabis products, food or beverages, or transportation.
7. Club Rules
Each Club is an independent association with its own statutes. Typical rules include:
- Government-issued photo ID on arrival
- Payment of an annual membership donation (€20–€50)
- Consumption restricted to on-site premises
- No resale or sharing of products outside the Club
Failure to follow Club rules may result in denied entry without refund.
8. Refund & Cancellation
- Full refund if the Club is closed at the booked time or denies entry due to over-capacity.
- No refund if you arrive under-age, without valid ID, intoxicated, or violate these Terms.
- To request a refund email support@entryclubpass.com within 48 hours of the incident, attaching your order number and evidence.

9. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of EntryClubPass or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Website without written consent.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the Service without express permission
- Misrepresent your age or identity to gain access to Clubs
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EntryClubPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, personal injury, or legal penalties incurred at a Club.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EntryClubPass and its affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users and by a banner on the Website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
